His broader investment track record includes acquiring residential and commercial properties, renovating and repositioning underperforming assets, negotiating land purchases, and participating in ground-up commercial development.

This hands-on experience means Max evaluates every opportunity the way an investor does: cap rates, construction costs, tenant quality, exit strategy, and long-term value — not just the listing price.

After moving to the United States in 2010, Max built and operated successful donut shop businesses, mastering site selection, lease negotiation, build-outs, and customer-driven growth from the tenant's side of the table. That dual perspective — landlord and tenant, buyer and seller, investor and operator — allows him to anticipate both sides of every transaction and negotiate from genuine understanding.

An Analytical Edge

Max holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and built his early career in technology and network engineering with companies including Huawei Technology Cambodia. He brings that same analytical rigor to underwriting deals, evaluating market data, and stress-testing investment assumptions — so his clients make decisions based on numbers, not hype.
