Oscar’s introduction to the real estate industry began in 1984 as an appraiser for the Karnes County Appraisal District and in 1993 was named the Chief Appraiser of the District.  

 

Within that time Oscar achieved three professional designations:

• Registered Professional Appraiser (RPA)

• Registered Tax Assessor (RTA)

• Certified Tax Administrator (CTA)

 

After 21 years in the appraisal district business as an appraiser and consultant, Oscar formed his own real estate abstracting company along with his wife, Donna.  

 

Since that time, they have performed numerous titles throughout South Texas for law firms and numerous companies.  His extensive experience in negotiating and brokering appraisal values has prepared him to represent you.  

 

Oscar’s knowledge of the real estate title business, property values, and his own experience in buying/selling homes is a plus for any buyer and/or seller he may represent.
